Product Introduction

SYNTHITE®AC-48UV/100 is an acrylic polyurethane conformal coating widely used in the electronic assembly industry. It is an optimal choice for circuit board protection and component interface coating in household appliances, automotive, industrial control, LED, and other applications.

Application

Suitable for protective coating on PCBA under harsh environmental conditions, recommended thickness is 30 to 150μm.

Usage Method

Can be applied by brushing, spraying, or selective dipping.

Air used in spraying or dipping processes should be dry, as the product is sensitive to moisture. Opened packaging or processing containers should be moisture-proof.

Cures at room temperature or with heating. Full curing may take up to 7 days.

Compatible cleaning agents are available; alcohol cleaning is not recommended.

Storage Conditions

9 months when stored in the original sealed container below 28°C.
